#4: Beat a video game

The sense of accomplishment felt after beating a video game is one of valiance and joy. Although sometimes finding a new game during the summer can be hard, since most of the great games are coming out in the fall, there are still lots of games out that you probably haven't played.



Usually, I look around for sales on the internet in order to find a new video game to play when I'm bored.  It pays off most of the time. Some of the sites I look for deals on are: cheapassgamer.com and wireddeals.com.

Beating video games is an awesome thing despite the 60 dollar price tag that usually comes along with it.

#3: Watch a TV series all the way through

There is not a better time to watch a television series all the way through than in the summer, because there is almost nothing to do. Sites like Netflix.com and Hulu.com have made having a tv show marathon a click away.

Hulu is a free site and only has all the episodes for some shows. Netflix has movies as well as tv shows and is only $7.99 a month (for just instant). The summer is a great time to try a free month trial of Netflix, but just remember to cancel it before the month is over or you will be charged.

Television series are a great way to pass time. In the past I have watched the shows Lost and Doctor Who all the way through.

#2: Facebook stalk

Back home from college... what else is there to do except stalk some hot girls on Facebook? We all know every guy and girl Facebook stalks. Watching my roommates Facebook stalk girls hardcore is evidence of it. Usually it goes something like this:

Person A: Hey dude check out this girl she's so hot!
Person B: You Facebook stalker!
Person A: You do it too!

Almost everyone Facebook stalks now. It has become a daily part of our lives.

#1: Drink beer

There is nothing to do back in suburbia and your mind is torn after finals. Why not have an ice cold beer to ease the pain? Invite some bros over, play some Xbox, and drink beer! There is seriously nothing better; except girls, but they are hard to come by here in suburbia. I miss college!
